The Intelligent Vertical Freezing Tunnel is a cutting-edge solution engineered for the rapid freezing of large tray- or box-packed meat and poultry products. It offers a smart, high-efficiency alternative to traditional Automatic Blast Freezers (ABF).
Ideal for quick-freezing tray-packed items such as portioned meats, seafood, prepared foods, and ice cream. The system enables automated, continuous production and can also serve as a temporary cold storage facility.
Typical freezing capacity: 8–15 tons/hour, based on tray-packed portioned chicken products.
