The absorption-type wide temperature-difference heat exchange equipment utilizes the primary heating water circuit as the driving energy source. It reduces the return water temperature of the primary circuit to below 30°C while ensuring the heating quality of the secondary circuit.
This innovative heat exchange system increases the heating capacity of thermal power plants by 30%, reduces the energy consumption of cogeneration heating systems by 40%, and improves the existing circulation and transportation capacity by 80%.
The absorption heat exchange unit can be customized according to customer requirements, with a single unit supporting a heating area of 40,000 to 300,000 m².

The equipment integrates a complete absorption cycle based on ultra-wide temperature difference heating and waste heat recovery technologies.
Main features include the installation of dedicated devices at central heating stations to recover condensate waste heat, solving the problem of insufficient heat sources.
The absorption-type wide temperature-difference unit replaces the traditional plate heat exchanger in urban heating substations, reducing the return water temperature in the primary network, increasing the temperature difference between supply and return water, and solving the limitation of heat transmission capacity in the network.

Product Application

The complete absorption cycle consists of two parts: the ultra-wide temperature-difference heating technology and the waste heat recovery technology, both based on the absorption cycle.
In the primary station, a dedicated waste heat recovery unit is added to recover condensate heat, addressing the issue of insufficient heat sources.
At the urban heat exchange station, the absorption-type wide ΔT unit replaces the original plate heat exchanger to reduce the return water temperature in the primary network, enlarge the supply-return water temperature difference, and solve the insufficient transportation capacity of the heating network.
