The waste heat recovery device utilizes a small amount of high-temperature heat as the driving energy to generate a large amount of useful medium-temperature heat. The heat-boosting pump elevates low-temperature heat sources to medium temperature using high-temperature energy, significantly improving thermal energy utilization efficiency. Its Coefficient of Performance (COP) ranges between 1.5 and 2.5, reflecting its energy efficiency.
Driving Energy: Steam, high-temperature hot water, combustible gases
Heat Sources: Exhaust steam from thermal power plants, circulating cooling water from thermal power plants, waste hot water separated during crude oil extraction, slag cooling water from the steel industry, municipal wastewater (reclaimed water), geothermal water, hot spring water, solar energy, etc.
Heat Output: Can produce heating media about 40°C higher than the waste heat source, with an upper limit of 100°C
Single-unit Heating Capacity: 4.5—71.3 MW
Single-unit Heating Area: 0.9—1.426 million m²
