Details display

This project involves a cold storage facility with a total height of 24 meters, consisting of A Cold Storage, B Cold Storage, First and Second Floor Packing Areas, and the Shipping Area. The A and B Cold Storage rooms, as well as the first and second floor packing areas, are equipped with ammonia refrigeration systems. The Shipping Area utilizes a Freon-based refrigeration system.

A Cold Storage is designed to maintain a temperature range of 0.5-3.5°C.

B Cold Storage has a temperature control range of 3-5°C, with specific cold storage temperatures selected based on the types of fruits stored.

First and Second Floor Packing Areas are intended for manual packaging and sorting, with a temperature control requirement of 15°C.

Shipping Area serves as both the inbound product storage and outbound shipping waiting area, requiring a temperature range of 2-8°C.

Additionally, the ammonia refrigeration system is equipped with an ammonia gas detection system to ensure safety and maintain optimal temperature control. The overall system is integrated with a refrigeration monitoring system, which allows remote operation, including starting/stopping the system, temperature adjustments, and comprehensive tracking of product freezing conditions.

Equipment Overview:

2 LG16MYA ammonia refrigeration compressors

1 ZWB3.5 barrel pump unit

1 ZYL3.5 vertical storage tank

2 LNZ800 evaporative condensers

1 NEAP automatic air separator system for timely automatic removal of non-condensable gases

End-point air-cooling fan evaporators

Freon-based shipping area system: 1 Shenzhou SPBH230Y unit

The A and B Cold Storage units feature a water defrost system that automatically recycles water, offering significant water savings. The system is equipped with a precision electromagnetic water flow meter. The first and second floor packing areas utilize natural indirect defrosting, while the Freon system in the shipping area employs electrical defrosting.
