Storage & Processing Sections:

Controlled Atmosphere Storage: 20 rooms, each with 150–200 tons capacity, temperature controlled between -2°C and 5°C to preserve freshness.

Pre-Cooling Chambers: 2 chambers with 50 tons capacity per 10 hours, maintaining 0°C to 5°C for immediate post-harvest cooling.

Low-Temperature Cold Rooms: 5 rooms, each 200 tons capacity, frozen storage at -20°C for products like peas and yellow peaches.

Processing & Packaging Areas: Maintained at 15°C to ensure optimal conditions for sorting, processing, and packing.

Loading & Dispatch Halls: Temperature controlled at 15°C for smooth logistics operations.

Refrigeration System:

Equipped with 3 screw parallel compressors and 5 piston parallel compressors from MOON-TECH, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

Project Scope:

Turnkey delivery including steel structures, PU insulation panels, advanced refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
