Direct-fired heating unit

Natural gas is directly fed into a direct-fired heat-increasing unit for combustion, reducing the exhaust gas temperature to below 30°C before discharge. This system effectively recovers the flue gas condensation heat without increasing energy consumption. It also extracts heat from low-grade shallow geothermal sources (soil, groundwater, and municipal wastewater) to provide heating to users. This system can achieve 40% energy savings and a 40% reduction in carbon emissions. Condensate can be recycled and reused, eliminating white smoke, resulting in significant environmental benefits.
