The unit is integrated with the power generation equipment of a gas-fired trigeneration system. Using high-temperature flue gas as a driving force, it extracts heat from low-grade energy sources (soil, groundwater, and sewage) without increasing other energy consumption, while simultaneously reducing the flue gas exhaust temperature to below 30°C. In winter heating mode, the system’s heating capacity can be increased by 50% compared to traditional absorption chillers. In summer cooling mode, the unit serves as a cooling source for the central air conditioning system, re-injecting heat that would otherwise be discharged to the environment through the cooling tower back into the ground. This achieves a balanced heat extraction and release from the ground in both winter and summer, ensuring long-term stable system operation.

After the natural gas is burned in the gas-fired boiler, the resulting flue gas enters the deep heat recovery unit of the flue gas. Through this process, the heat in the flue gas is deeply recovered, significantly reducing the exhaust gas temperature. The recovered heat is then used to heat the return water of the heating network or directly for heating.
The flue gas produced by the combustion of coal-fired boilers is treated by wet desulfurization and then enters the heat exchanger. It effectively recovers the latent heat and sensible heat in the flue gas and reduces pollutant emissions. As a result, the flue gas temperature of the boiler is significantly lowered, and the recovered heat is used to heat the return water of the heating network or directly supply it.
