This advanced two-stage design first rapidly cools the surface of food particles to the freezing point, preventing sticking through mechanical vibration. In the second stage, deep freezing ensures optimal freezing results. It is the ideal solution for individually quick freezing (IQF) of granular, sliced, and block-shaped food products.

Product Features

  • The evaporator adopts a variable fin spacing structure: 40–20–10 mm. The fin spacing on the air inlet side is no less than 40 mm, and no less than 10 mm on the outlet side.
  •  Axial or centrifugal fans are selected to meet the required airflow pressure for fluidized freezing while ensuring sufficient air volume. Motors are waterproof and moisture-resistant, with sealed connections.
  • Two-stage design delivers better IQF rates and lower dehydration losses compared to single-stage fluidized freezers.
  •  Conveyor belt made of high-strength stainless steel mesh.
  • Fans, conveyor, and vibration mechanisms are all frequency-controlled to accommodate different product freezing requirements.

Product Application

Mainly used for rapid freezing of granular, sliced, and block-shaped food products such as green beans, corn kernels, green peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, pumpkins, spinach, garlic sprouts, potatoes, asparagus, taro, yams, cauliflower, and fresh mushrooms. It is also suitable for quick freezing of cooked shrimp.
The two-stage fluidized freezer is available with conveyor widths of 1.2 meters or 1.5 meters and a freezing capacity of 1,000 to 10,000 kg/h.
Note: Freezing capacity based on unwrapped green beans (product density approx. 20–30 kg/m², inlet/outlet temperature +15°C to -18°C).

Note:

  1. The nominal freezing capacity is designed as per green sword beans, with the water content of 70%and the material distribution density of900kg/m3;
  2. The cold consumption under nominal working conditions is calculated as per the operating conditionat -40℃vaporization temperature. When the actual freezing temperature is different from the value in    the table, please configure the system equipment according to actual operating conditions.
  3. Applicable to multiple refrigerants or secondary refrigerants such as R717, R22, R404A, R507C, R134a,etc.
  4. The evaporator feeding mode isused as the pump feeding mode.
