Safe and efficient CO₂ phase-change cooling system

Liquid CO₂ transfers heat through phase change (latent heat), maintaining a constant temperature during the heat transfer process. In contrast, conventional refrigerants transfer cooling through temperature changes, with a temperature variation of 3–5°C during the heat transfer process. Compared to conventional coolants, CO₂has a greater heat transfer capacity, smaller circulation volume, lower viscosity, and reduced energy consumption during transport.
