This project aims to develop a resource-efficient and environmentally friendly modern cold chain logistics park, featuring a smart, standardized, digitalized design with multi-temperature zones and dual first-floor access.
The facility integrates cold storage, urban distribution, processing, centralized procurement, and supply chain finance. As a key hub for agricultural product circulation in the region, it supports the green and intelligent upgrade of Shandong’s modern cold chain system.
Located in Gaobeidian, Hebei Province, the project covers a building area of 250,000 square meters, with a total cold storage volume of 700,000 cubic meters. Developed by Hebei Xinfadi Group, it integrates trading, exhibition, frozen goods storage, logistics, e-commerce, and distribution, forming one of the largest cold chain industrial clusters in North China.
Spanning a total planned area of 1,000 mu (approx. 67 hectares), the park provides a full suite of services including frozen food processing, quick freezing, fruit and vegetable precooling, cold storage, loading/unloading, sorting, packaging, cold chain transportation, supply chain finance, and e-commerce enablement. It plays a vital role in securing and upgrading the fresh supply system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
