The self-stacking spiral freezer adopts an interlocking self-stacking belt design, which automatically stacks layer by layer onto a stable drive chain. The belt, composed of metal mesh and self-supporting side plates, forms a sealed freezing zone after stacking and operates continuously in a spiral loop. The forced cold airflow circulates vertically from top to bottom within the stacked zone, ensuring full contact with the products. This results in high heat exchange efficiency, significantly reducing both freezing time and product dehydration loss.
Widely used for quick freezing of prepared foods, seafood, portioned meat and poultry, ice cream, bakery products, and small packaged items. Particularly suitable for products requiring longer freezing times, higher inlet temperatures, and large-scale production demands. Ideal for streamlined production lines.
