Under these conditions, the moisture in the pre-frozen foods sublimates directly from ice to water vapor without melting, thereby dehydrating and drying the food. The food retains its original color, aroma, flavor, nutritional content, and appearance, and exhibits excellent rehydration properties, making it an ideal natural and hygienic food product.
