Product Features

The compressors in the YS series low-temperature brine chillers adopt the new high-efficiency LG series screw compressors, featuring low noise and high reliability.

The condenser is a water-cooled shell-and-tube type with high-efficiency heat exchange tubes, compact in size and lightweight.

The evaporator adopts a flooded-type structure.

Oil return system uses ejector oil return, which is simple and reliable to operate.

The oil cooler adopts liquid-cooled or water-cooled oil cooling, providing good heat exchange performance and reliable operation.

The unit’s liquid level control adopts the internationally advanced PMFL+SV system, which enables continuous automatic adjustment with high reliability.

Small units are skid-integrated; large units are skid-mounted and assembled on-site, offering convenience and efficiency.

The entire unit operates smoothly, with low vibration, and ensures safety and reliability.

Product Application

The YS series flooded-type low-temperature brine chillers use the new LG high-efficiency screw compressors as the core unit. R22 is the primary refrigerant, but R134a, R404a, R507, and other refrigerants are also available.

Secondary coolants can include ethylene glycol, calcium chloride, methanol, propylene glycol, sodium chloride, and other solutions.

The units provide low-temperature brine for process cooling in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
