This project is the first phase of the Zhoushan International Aquatic Products City Cold Chain Logistics Park. The plan includes Central Cold Chain Warehouse No. 1 and No. 2, a cold chain service center, an underground parking garage, a switching station, and a sewage treatment plant.

The architectural design concept is “A fishing boat in a harbor, sails amidst clouds and sea.” The modern and minimalist architectural style features segmented facades for the central cold chain warehouse and the cold chain service center, abstractly resembling “sails.” The use of contrasting dark and light gray tones expresses this “sail” form on the facade, both minimizing the bulk of the cold storage buildings and creating rich facade variations.
