The Yunshangyingjia Chishuiyuan (Zhenxiong) Southwest Corridor Supply Chain Center is the second modern logistics “one-network” park in the Yunshangyingjia project, following the Kunming International Supply Chain Demonstration Center project. Construction of the Yunshangyingjia Chishuiyuan (Zhenxiong) Southwest Corridor Supply Chain Center began in March 2024. The project covers an area of ​​approximately 185 mu (approximately 12.3 hectares), with an estimated investment of 1 billion yuan, and is being built in two phases. After a year of construction, the first phase has been successfully opened. The first phase covers approximately 91 mu (approximately 6.7 hectares), with a building area of ​​52,642.7 square meters and a total investment of 398 million yuan. It includes a trading center, multi-temperature zone high-standard cold storage and refrigeration room, quality control laboratory, science and technology innovation center, new processing center, temporary holding center, and elevated parking garage.
