This project is a highly automated broiler slaughtering and processing workshop under Fengxiang Foods, with an annual slaughtering capacity of 80 million broilers. The product mix is ​​30% fresh and 70% frozen. The project is committed to achieving full automation of broiler slaughtering, from the defecation line, evisceration line, pre-cooling line to the processing line and deep processing line, realizing full-chain automation. It adopts the best domestic and international equipment, achieving full-process unmanned operation and minimizing manual workstations. It is currently the most automated large-scale broiler slaughtering and processing project in Shandong Province, with the largest proportion of automated equipment. This significantly saves labor costs and improves quality and efficiency.
