The project covers an area of ​​442 mu (approximately 36.8 hectares), with a total building area of ​​150,000 square meters. This includes a 14,000 square meter fine processing workshop, a 6,000 square meter preliminary processing workshop, a 90,000 square meter storage warehouse, a 10,000 square meter bonded warehouse, and 22,000 square meters of office buildings and ancillary facilities.

The plant has 20 quick-freezing rooms and 55 cold storage rooms, with a total cold storage capacity of 200,000 tons. The annual production capacity for squid is 100,000 tons.
