Product Application

The YS series siphon low-temperature brine chillers utilize LG series high-efficiency screw compressors and support refrigerants such as R717, R22, R134a, R404a, and R507. Standard models are compatible with ethylene glycol, calcium chloride, methanol, propylene glycol, sodium chloride, and other secondary coolants. Note:

1.The designed working conditions in the table:the cooling water inlet temperature of the shell-and-tube

condenser is+30℃ and the difference between the water inlet temperature and the water outlet temperature is 5℃;

the chilled water outlet temperature is-5℃ and the difference between the water inlet temperature and the water outlet

temperature is 5℃ .

2.The water flow rate of evaporators is calculated according to 29.4%mass concentration of calcium chloride water solution.

3.The oil cooler for the standard configuration of the equipment is cooled by refrigerants.

4.The equipment power distribution shall consider the auxiliary power for the oil pump motor,control system,etc.

5.The evaporative condenser is not mounted on the unit.
